In late September we went to visit my dad in Nordjylland (the north of Jutland). I love going up there, he still lives on our family farm, past down through 3 or 4 generations. The farm is called Fredgaard (actually means peacefarm) and because of the remote location it is very peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to relax:)
I snagged this photo of the sunset one morning, the sun and the mist was gorgeous.
One afternoon we took a drive to the beach. The weather was perfect fall weather with a low hanging sun and hardly any wind. The beach is called ‘Trend Strand‘ and is located on the east side of Limfjorden. It is my childhood beach and very kid friendly because of the shallow water and sandy bottom.
Morten and dad started a little friendly competition skimming stones. Morten grew up by the west coast and dad here, so they were pretty equal… maybe that is what I have to say to be safe;)
I love early fall!
